How much will an onsite service call cost?
Our rates are guaranteed to be at least 25% less than both Geek Squad and Geeks on Call. In many cases the savings are even greater than that. We use a flat rate pricing scale based on your needs. What kinds of computers can you fix?
Our Onsite Response Team is trained to fix hardware and software issues on all major brands as well as custom built systems. Your Response Team member has the tools, parts and know-how to troubleshoot most Desktop, Laptop and Server issues on the spot, the same day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, cash and all major credit cards. Business customers can receive immediate service and we can submit an invoice and W-9 to your accounting department. Business benefits are not available to Home Businesses, sorry.
How quickly can you get here?
Our average response time is between 45-90 minutes from the time of your call.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available for standard and emergency support. Standard rates apply between the hours of 5am-9pm. Between 9pm-5am emergency response is available for a small additional fee.
What if my computer needs a replacement part?
Our Onsite Response Team members carry a mobile inventory of parts. We are able to troubleshoot 99% of hardware issues onsite the same day, putting you back on your computer in no time.
