How much will an onsite service call cost?Our rates are guaranteed to be at least 25% less than both Geek Squad and Geeks On Call. In many cases the savings are even greater than that. We use a flat rate pricing scale based on your needs. When you call one of our Call Center Intelligence members will ask you some basic questions and give you a quote over the phone. What kinds of computers can you fix? Our Onsite Response Team is trained to fix hardware and software issues on all major brands as well as custom built systems. Your Response Team member has the tools, parts and know-how to troubleshoot most Desktop, Laptop and Server issues on the spot, the same day.
What forms of payment do you accept? Check
and cash. Business customers can receive immediate service and we can submit an invoice and W-9 to your accounting department. Business benefits are not available to Home Businesses, sorry. How quickly can you get here? Our average response time is between 45-90 minutes from the time of your call. What are your hours of operation? We are available for standard and emergency support. Standard rates apply between the hours of
7am-9pm. Between 9pm-7am emergency response is available for a small additional fee. What if my computer needs a replacement part?Our Onsite Response Team members carry a mobile inventory of parts. We are able to troubleshoot 99% of hardware issues onsite the same day, putting you back on your computer in no time.
What can you tell me about Windows new
Vista? Our technicians have been working with
Vista since November 2006. Vista was released to the
public at the end of January 2007. We do not yet
recommend it for business use as compatibility issues are
still being resolved with various programs, printers and
hardware. We have encountered many file and printer
sharing issues between Windows XP and Vista but have been
able to resolve all of them. Many customers ask the
differences between the versions of Vista. 99 percent
of users will have everything they need with the
