Data Backup and Windows Reinstallation

This is most appropriate in the case where your computer has numerous issues or has problems that keep coming back even after repair.  We use a separate hard drive to back up your important information usually including but not limited to:

Desktop

My Documents

Favorites

Outlook or Outlook Express (Server settings, inbox, sent items, contact list and calender)

Financial data for Quickbooks, Turbotax, Quicken, MS Money or any others

Any folders you request to be copied.

This service call allows for up to 4 GB of data to be backed up.

We then reinstall Windows as it was when you first bought the machine, we install numerous security patches, re-connect your computer to your internet and migrate any programs over that can be (ask your technician if you have any questions about your programs).  We restore the functionality of your Outlook or Outlook Express and place a trial Antivirus of your choice on the machine giving you protection until you place your own antivirus on the machine.
